TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms & conditions

GENERAL:
- I have the right to decline or cancel a commission if I feel unable to meet your standards, or if I do not resonate with the character design.
- I have the right to post the finished commission to social media or use the artwork in my portfolio.
- Please let me know if you'd like your commission to be kept private.COPYRIGHT / USAGE:
- Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only unless stated otherwise.
- Do not modify, copy, or trace my work, nor claim it as your own.
- Using commissioned work for profit/NFT/AI use is strictly prohibited.COMMERCIAL USAGE:
- Commercial usage fee will vary depending on how the artwork will be used.
- An additional 100% of the base price will be added for usage on any social media platforms that generate a monetary profit (twitch, youtube, patreon, etc.).
- If the artwork will be used for merchandise (stickers, charms, prints, etc.), the commercial cost will be an additional 200% of the base price.PAYMENT:
- Payment will be made via Paypal or VGen (USD).
- Payment must be made in full before I can begin working on your commission.
- No refunds will be accepted once I've started working on your commission.REVISIONS:
- Minor revisions are free during the sketching process (max. 3).
- No major revisions will be accepted after the commission is finished.
- It is the responsibility of the client to notify the artist of any needed changes. Any further revisions after lineart will not be accepted unless it was my error.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
- Turnaround time ranges from 3 weeks to 3 months depending on the commission type.
- No rushed deadlines. Please notify me ahead of time if your commission is urgent.
- Upon completion, the finished piece will be delivered via email.REFUNDS:
- Refunds are accepted ONLY if I haven't started working on your request.
- In the event that I am unable to complete your commission, I will issue a refund based on how much of the art was completed.

- Additional characters: +100% of the initial price
- Prices are for personal use only, unless stated otherwise
- For stream use (alerts, emotes, badges, etc): +100% of base price
- For merchandise use (stickers, charms, prints, etc): +200% of base price
